Bobby LeConey

Bobby LeConey

PRESIDENT

Bobby was raised in Florida and attended the University of Florida in Orlando.  He began his career as a senior broker at Sunbelt Business Brokers in Charlotte.  Along the way, Bobby bought and sold several companies, demonstrating a knack for entrepreneurship and for learning a variety of business skills.

He later joined MC Tools, Inc. in Greenville. Once he learned the tooling business, Bobby saw an opportunity for a machine shop that could produce high tolerance, high-precision parts.  So he opened Innovative Manufacturing & Design, and the rest is history.  As president, Bobby oversees all business and sales operations.

When he’s not working – which is rare – Bobby is trying to improve his golf game.  He loves fast cars, racing, motorcycles – and his wife, Andrea, and daughter, Olivia.
